“Through a combination of networking and media attention, the society wants to increase the awareness of digital business models within the real estate industry,” said Alexander Ubach-Utermöhl. He further adds, “We need a nationwide information exchange for PropTech companies and a noticeable media presence.”

The other two co-Initiators of GPTI, Carl-Friedrich v. Stechow and Nicholas Jacobi who share similar perspectives mentioned, “In particular, a young industry needs a vivid dialogue in order to develop further.”

In addition to regular events and strong public relations, GPTI focusses on social media engagement to foster dialogues and awareness.
