CoreNet Global nominates LEVERTON for Global Innovator’s Award

CoreNet Global nominated LEVERTON as a finalist for the 2016 H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award (GIA) for its software applications using machine learning, specifically deep learning technologies in the real estate industry.

LEVERTON’s technology processes and manages lease documentation in more than 20 different languages. The nomination could not have come at a better time, as LEVERTON is internationally expanding to the UK (London) and U.S. (New York). Amongst other use cases, LEVERTON’s machine learning technology allows corporate real estate organizations to significantly accelerate the lease review for IFRS / IAS 16 and to manage global documentation and lease data in real-time in (almost) any required language.

The GIA is CoreNet Global’s oldest and most prestigious award, honoring outstanding excellence and innovation in the real estate industry. As a finalist for the GIA, LEVERTON will compete with other GIA finalists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in late July, giving presentations in front of a panel of judges comprising senior corporate real estate executives and leading international academics.
