LEVERTON News & Views: June 2018

Welcome to our newly renamed monthly newsletter, LEVERTON News & Views. As always we will share the latest news from LEVERTON as well as provide a round-up helpful CRE/PropTech articles from the past month.

June has been a tremendous month for us. We were invited for a closed-room round table discussion in Berlin with the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel on the potentials and challenges to AI adoption in Germany, along with other top experts in the field of AI. Further our CEO, Abhinav Somani, was included, along with 500 of the most talented entrepreneurs, professionals, social activists, and game changers from 50+ countries across the globe, for the Forbes Under 30 Summit in Tel Aviv.

We also attended a series of events including FUTURE: PropTech and Accountex 2018 in London, DisruptCRE in Chicago, The Real Deal Real Estate Showcase & Forum in New York, and ReCon in Las Vegas.  Wherever we go, what we are starting to hear is less about “what is AI” and more about “how do we get started?” There’s a growing appetite to be a first mover in this new world that lies in the intersection of real estate and technology. We welcome the chance to have a discussion with you on how to get started, if you have not done so already.
