Abhinav SomaniChief Revenue Officer, LEVERTON

Abhinav (Abe) is an experienced investment, financial, technology, business development, and operations strategist. He is currently the Chief Revenue Officer for LEVERTON, residing in New York City. Abe has worked with many law firms and institutions over the years and has a deep understanding of the real estate technology / CREtech / PropTech space. With LEVERTON, Abe is revolutionizing how corporations use artificial intelligence based machine and deep learning algorithms for data extraction. Abe is an alumnus of Leonard N. Stern School of Business and former President of Alpha Kappa Psi.

John FitzpatrickManaging Director, Innovation and Infrastructure Group, Blackstone

John Fitzpatrick is a Managing Director in the Blackstone Innovations and Infrastructure group. Mr. Fitzpatrick oversees various projects and initiatives across the entire Innovations and Infrastructure group. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2011, Mr. Fitzpatrick worked at Capital IQ, a division of Standard & Poor’s, for seven years where he was most recently the Head of Product Design. Before Capital IQ, Mr. Fitzpatrick worked in the Global Wealth Management division of Merrill Lynch (The Sullivan Group). He received a BS in Finance from St. John’s University.

Ryan SimonettiCEO and Co-Founder, Convene

Ryan is the co-founder and CEO of Convene. Convene has set out to change the way the world works by partnering with the largest landlords in commercial real estate to design and service the next generation office building – one that feels more like a full-service, lifestyle hotel. Ryan has been recognized for his transformative achievements in Inc. Magazine’s “30 Under 30,” a list of America’s Most Promising Young Entrepreneurs, was named “Top Entrepreneur” by Crain’s New York, and was named a finalist in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year® New York Awards.

Doug JamiesonManaging Director, Savills Studley

Doug advises multi-location occupiers of commercial real estate on portfolio optimization and transaction execution strategies using data visualization. Doug returned to Savills Studley to launch a web-based portfolio management and strategy development tool called Knowledge Cubed after leaving the firm to get his MBA and work on the launch plan for Amazon’s B2B marketplace, now called Amazon Business. Doug earned his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and his AB in Economics from Harvard University.

Geoffrey LewisChief Customer Experience Officer, Honest Buildings

As head of our Sales and Product Success teams, Geoff ensures that the Honest Buildings platform is intuitive, intelligent and easy to use for our customers. Geoff has always been fascinated with technology and its ability to shape the built environment. After a year researching energy efficiency and green tech as a Fulbright Scholar in China, he spent several years in private equity with a focus on technology investments. Geoff started at Honest Buildings as the head of Business Development, where he helped develop a ‘customer-first’ account team.

Kent TarrachVice President, Asset Management, Brookfield Properties

In this role, Kent helps lead the strategic oversight of Brookfield’s office portfolio in New York, Washington, D.C., and Boston, with a focus on significant redevelopment projects and large or complicated lease transactions. He manages relationships with Joint Venture Partners and is implementing new technologies and other initiatives across the portfolio to improve operations and enhance client experience. Additionally, he is currently assisting with the expansion of Brookfield’s Global Corporate Development Group, which is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with the Company’s largest customers across all its business lines (Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Private Equity) and developing strategic partnerships that are complementary to Brookfield’s operations.
